This article indicates a process of designing a good human interface to assist the project team that lacks web design experience. It offers two main concepts for them. First, for good visual design, hire a graphic designer. Secondly, for almost every other aspect of the design, painstakingly follow established standards.

Some researches points out the potential relevance of emotions in interface design. Except for the visual design, this article discusses audiences’ emotions when visiting the website. Also, it provides a framework for understanding users’ emotional states as they seek information on the Web.
